Neurodivergent Podcast

I've been listening and enjoying a podcast: Not Neurotypical w/ Laura Zdan (where ever you get your podcasts :) I'm just finishing up season one. Some of it is a little frustrating...she was able to see a prominent psychiatrist who specializes in adult autistic diagnosis two weeks after deciding she was autistic. Not many (or any) of us have the same opportunity.

But I'm really enjoying most of it. She talks about autism and ADHD and her experiences with both. She was diagnosed ADHD at age twelve and autistic in her thirties after her son was diagnosed. Unfortunately I think its fairly common for women to be diagnosed when their children (or even their grandchildren!) are. I was just reading "Eighty percent of females remain undiagnosed at age 18, ...with long-term severe negative consequences affecting mental health, self-perception and access to support."

I'd like to add a section in Resources for podcasts. If any other members have neurodiverse podcasts that they listen to, I hope you'll share them in the comments and I can add them to Resources.
