Anyone up for a meeting this weekend? Not sure if everyone has or will have power. Also whether people will be too busy still doing cleanup.
I don't have anything booked yet but if you're interested please respond as soon as possible and I'll try and get something.

As advised I contacted MacKenzie this morning at 10 am by phone and then email. She just got back to me with the user agreement. She has decided the room will now cost $25 an hour ($28.75) instead of $15. She writes since we're not a registered non-profit we have to pay the commercial rate. I interpret the user agreement differently (shocker :) since it doesn't mention registration for non profits but does say "A non-profit organization or a registered charity operates for purposes of the community rather than for financial gain."
Do you want to go ahead with the meeting tomorrow? I haven't accepted the agreement yet.
