Meeting Saturday September 17!
Meeting of PEI Autistic Adults will be on Saturday September 17 3:30-4:30 pm in the Lady Slipper Room at the Charlottetown Library Learning Centre @ Dominion Building, 97 Queen St, Charlottetown. All members are welcome - first 8 get a seat 😀 As Katherine mentioned if the room isn't suitable we can move outside if the weather's nice. There's also large booths at the back of the library and we could probably move into one of those if necessary.
We can talk about our group and how to move it forward or any thing anyone wants to talk about. See you there!

I found the spot in the User Rental Agreement that seems to apply to us but I don't really understand it. "The Library reserves the right to limit usage of all rooms to no more than three (3) bookings per month per any one user (individual or group) and to limit recurring weekly bookings per user at the discretion of library management."
The second part of that sentence seems to differ from the first part unless the "recurring weekly bookings" they mention would only ever recur three times. But since we only booked the room twice I guess they're using their discretion to limit further bookings(?)
I was going to email the library for clarification but with the storm coming I'm not sure what to do. I don't want to talk them into giving us the room again and then waste our third booking on a storm day.😄
Any comments from anyone?
