Breathing Exercises

The recommendations in my report for mental/emotional support include breathing exercises so I thought I would share that section here:

Butyeko Breathing

‣ Research shows that inefficient breathing can cause anxiety and depression.

‣ Breathing exercises can improve anxiety, stress and panic attacks, ADHD, and insomnia.

‣ Functional breathing techniques and exercises have proven to alleviate or support many occurrences often associated with autism.

Breath Control - Breathing Exercises Tyler Huston is a professional health care practitioner, a well-trained and experienced autistic-aware coach, and Breath Control Therapy (BCT) founder.
