Breathing Exercises
The recommendations in my report for mental/emotional support include breathing exercises so I thought I would share that section here:
‣ Research shows that inefficient breathing can cause anxiety and depression.
‣ Breathing exercises can improve anxiety, stress and panic attacks, ADHD, and insomnia.
‣ Functional breathing techniques and exercises have proven to alleviate or support many occurrences often associated with autism.

I'm listening to this every morning now when I do my breathing exercises. It's not specifically about autism but perfectionism is a common characteristic in autistic people. And I think perfectionist tendencies make it difficult to admit to perfectionism, lol. Enjoy!
